Do you tell me what the value of my home is?
As your Realtor, I will provide you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), that is tailored to understand your home compared to others of similar type, understand your area and present current market conditions, so that we can collaboratively agree a Listing Price. Being your Realtor is about communicating a realistic and cohesive message and ensure that you are informed.
Will you put a sign up?
I will if you would like me to. For some Seller’s, privacy is key, and completely understandable. Naturally, signage opens up an opportunity for marketing your home, but we have other ways to achieve that without having a sign if you really don’t want one. (I am keeping our secret ingredients a secret until out Listing Appointment )
Does selling my home mean I have to do a lot with my home?
As your Realtor, I will always be honest and open with you about aspects of your home that might benefit us in preparing for sale, but again, it is your home, and we will work collaboratively to understand this. My goal is to market your home to its full potential, sell your home for the best value and most importantly work.to provide a smooth transaction and prepare you for your new adventure.
Can you help if we are Relocating?
Yes, we can assist you. We have a Relocation Director, and can help whether you are relocating to or from Florida. Internationally or Domestic Relocation, we can assist.
